Police: 49-year-old Massachusetts woman found deceased after reported missing a day earlier
The search for a missing Massachusetts woman has come to a tragic end.
Police Chief Thomas Browne reports that the Burlington Police Department have found the body of a missing woman.
Kaylin Rose, 49, of Burlington was reported missing on Friday, Feb. 17 and was last seen at approximately 3 p.m. walking from her home on Cresthaven Drive in Burlington. Her body was found Saturday.
Police did not release the location or the circumstances in which she was found.
There is no suspicion of foul play at this time, according to police.
The Burlington Police Department thanked the NEMLEC Regional Response Team and K9 units, Massachusetts State Police Airwing, all-terrain vehicles (ATV) and the mountain bike unit for their assistance in the search.
The cause of death will be determined by the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
