On July 17th, a mandated reporter at South Shore Hospital contacted authorities about the suspected physical abuse of Timmons’ daughter, after Timmons brought her into South Shore Hospital for treatment. The infant had a core temperature of 93 degrees, and had bruises on the left and right sides of her face. As a result, she was medflighted to Children’s Hospital in Boston. It has been determined that the infant suffered serious brain bleeds that were several days old, and consistent with physical abuse and blunt force trauma. The injuries are believed to be so severe that the infant may never walk, speak, feed or care for themself.
