Photos with Santa, music, giveaways, food, and fun highlights of upcoming Fall River Tree Lighting Celebration

(FALL RIVER, MA- NOVEMBER 15, 2023)- The City of Fall River has announced that the Fall River 2023 will be taking place on Saturday, December 2nd from 3:00-5:00 p.m. This celebration is set to take place at Government Center following the annual Children’s Holiday Parade. This event is free to attend thanks to the sponsorship of Mechanics Cooperative Bank.

This year’s Tree Lighting Celebration is filled with fun and free activities from 3:00-5:00 p.m. to keep the holiday joy going following the parade. At approximately 4:15 p.m., special guests will join Mayor Paul Coogan to light the tree for the first time this season. Please see below the activities that will occur during this event:
