One of the most scenic locations in Fall River could be getting extended and you can help
A public workshop is set to take place to possibly increase one of the most beautiful locations in Fall River.
The event will be held on July 27, 2021 from 5-7pm in the Atrium at Fall River Government Center to display preliminary concepts for the possible extension of Fall River’s Alfred Lima Quequechan Rail Trail.
The design team from VHB Engineering, who have been conducting a feasibility study on the project, will answer questions, provide visuals and offer a presentation about their early findings.
This project would include extension of the Rail Trail from it’s current state behind LePage’s Restaurant to the Westport town line, as well as a “spur” along the South Watuppa pond.
Residents are encouraged to attend and share their thoughts.
