One injured after tractor trailer ends up on front lawn of Tiverton home
A driver was injured after an early afternoon crash in Tiverton Friday.
According to Tiverton Fire, just before 1:00 p.m., the Tiverton Fire and Police Department responded to the area of Hilton and Bottom Street for a motor vehicle accident.
Car 3 arrived on scene and found a tractor trailer truck jackknifed on a front lawn.
The truck experienced mechanical failure while coming down the hill.
The driver of the truck was transported to an area hospital with minor injuries.
Tiverton Auto Body and Big Wheel Towing safely removed the tractor trailer from the front lawn.
