Old Navy in Fall River opening up for curbside pickup
Old Navy in Fall River is opening back up, but not in the traditional way.
According to staff, starting Saturday, the store at SouthCoast Marketplace is one of the select locations that will be handling curbside pickup orders.
Here is how it works.
1. Find an item on the website and choose Curbside Pickup when you add it to your cart.
2. Once you receive an e-mail to know that your order is ready, head to the store — have your email confirmation handy.
3. When you arrive, call the number in your e-mail.
4. Show your receipt from the window & pop open the trunk as curbside pickup is contactless.
Orders made by 2:00 p.m. will be ready in 2 hours and the service is free. Orders after 2:00 p.m. will be ready the following day. Orders may be picked up from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. seven days a week.
Gap Inc. announced in March that, as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, it would temporarily close its Old Navy, Athleta, Banana Republic, Gap, Janie and Jack and Intermix company owned and operated stores across North America on March 19.
Staff stated that Massachusetts locations are waiting for the go-ahead from Governor Baker to reopen the inside of the store to customers.
