New York Bagel Co. is growing and looking to hire for several positions in Fall River, Dartmouth, Taunton

After holding a grand re-opening at their Fall River location at 1572 President Ave in April, the new New York Bagel Co. ownership of city councilor, real estate broker, and owner of Al Mac’s Diner and Al Mac’s On-the-Go, Cliff Ponte Jr, Fall River Firefighter Kyle Lima and his wife Dawn Lima have announced that they are growing and looking to hire at their 1572 President Ave, Fall River and  272 State Road, Dartmouth locations in addition to their yet to open Taunton spot at 1939 Bay Street.

They are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to fill their growing positions and expanding hours!

Barista:

  • Craft delicious coffee beverages with precision and care.
  • Provide exceptional customer service with a smile.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings and weekends.
  • Assist customers in selecting their perfect brew from our diverse menu.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of specialty coffee drinks.
  • Share your knowledge and passion for coffee with customers and coworkers.
  • Keep up-to-date with coffee trends and product knowledge.

Bagel Boss:

  • Make delicious Bagel offerings for our customers.
  • Assist with the many different types of bagel/ cream cheese varieties to help customers order the right food.
  • Craft mouthwatering bagel breakfast sandwiches and deli style sandwiches.

Shift Supervisor:

  • Lead by example, ensuring all team members uphold Brew Haven’s standards of excellence.
  • Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to baristas, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Requirements for all positions:
  • Previous experience in a coffee shop or similar customer service environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for coffee and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.
