New Dominican restaurant set to have soft opening this week in Fall River
A new restaurant with a different flare is opening in Fall River this week.
Casa Ive Dominican Cuisine is set to open at 390 Rhode Island Avenue.
Casa’s goal is to bring authentic Dominican food to Fall River with over 20 years of cooking experience.
According to ownership, the restaurant will be open on Wednesday, September 20th, for takeout as a soft opening and September 29th will be the grand opening as owner Johan Macea Nunez will be going in front of the Licensing Board on the 25th for a Common Victuallers license.
Casa will be replacing the former El Jibarito Puerto Rican Restaurant which closed in late August due to personal reasons.
Hours of operation for Casa will be 7 days a week from 9:00 a.m.-8:00 p.m.
