New and different Fall River restaurant about to open for business
A new restaurant at a familiar location is set to open in Fall River with a menu that is a little different than your typical Fall River restaurant.
The former D’Angelo Grilled Sandwiches that was located at 10 Plymouth Avenue is now Ket’s Empire Restaurant.
According to owner Kettia Auguste, who appeared in front of the Licensing Board on Wednesday, the restaurant will feature mainly Caribbean food with other food options.
Ket’s will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.
There will be up to 25 seats for dine-in patrons.
The hours of operation will be 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. 7 days a week.
The restaurant is expected to open right after an approved inspection.
The Licensing Board approved the Common Victualler License for Auguste which is needed to legally operate the eatery.
