Name released of man who died from injuries sustained in Lakeville motorcycle crash
Family members have released the name of a man who died from injuries sustained in a weekend motorcycle crash.
According to the Lakeville Fire Department, the collision occurred on Bedford Street, in the area of Betty’s Neck Road just before 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 22nd.
Ambulance 3, Engine 1, and Squad 3 responded to the scene.
61-year-old Robert Johnston, of Lakeville was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital with significant injuries and later died from those injuries.
Visiting hours will be held at the Hurley Funeral Home, 134 So. Main St. (Rt. 28), Randolph on Wednesday, November 1st from 4-7pm. A graveside service will be held at St. Mary’s Cemetery in Mansfield on Thursday, November 2nd at 11am.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
