Multiple people sent to the hospital after rollover crash on Route 138 send hydrant flying 200 feet
Multiple people were sent to the hospital after a car rolled over several times on Thursday.
Engine 3, Car 3, and Rescue 2 responded to the area of East Main Road (Route 138) at Stub Toe Lane for a reported roll over, according to the Portsmouth Fire Department.
Crews arrived to find a vehicle that had rolled over multiple times and landed on its wheels.
A hydrant was struck and launched approximately 200 feet down the road and came to a rest on the sidewalk.
FD stated that all involved parties were transported to area hospitals for evaluation.
No other details were released.
