Motorcycle rider dies from injuries sustained in Rhode Island crash
The Hopkinton Police Department is currently investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident near the intersection of Ashaway Road at Chase Hill Road.
Just after 5:00 p.m. on Monday, several 911 calls were received reporting an accident involving a single motorcycle with one occupant.
54-year-old Jeremy Corr of Westerly was located on scene with serious injuries.
He was transported to Westerly Hospital by Ashaway Ambulance and then transferred to Rhode Island Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries on Tuesday.
Friends who knew Corr stated that they will miss him and his friendship.
Police ask if anybody witnessed the accident, or has any pertinent information, to contact the Hopkinton Police Department.
