The child’s mother, 26-year-old Jessaline Andrade, was arraigned in court on Monday on charges of Murder in the 2nd degree and 2 counts of cruelty to or neglect of a child. According to WJAR 10, Andrade was held without bail and a not guilty plea was made on her behalf.
