Missing Massachusetts 1-year-old located, mother’s whereabouts still unknown

A young Massachusetts child that was reported missing has been located.

The Worcester Police Department asked for the public’s assistance in locating Amanda Collins and her daughter Liyana Collins.

WPD had stated that Liyana is one and a half years old and had been entered into the system as missing. She was likely with her mother Amanda and might be in danger.

Police have announced that Liyana has been located and is safe, however police didn’t release any details concerning Amanda.

Someone on social media stating that she is Amanda’s mother posted an update on social media.

“As you all know my granddaughter has been found and is safe. As for my daughter we don’t know where she is right now. I don’t have exact details as to where she was or how she got found but all that matters is she is safe and unharmed.”
