Because unless his Health Care Proxy was activated and was apparently deemed independent out the door he goes! They don’t have to notify unless he isn’t his own responsible party 😞😣

If they felt he was unsafe especially walking home they can. I would like to think he was coherent and refused. Who knows I don’t know what he was seen for. They have to do investigation he died less than 24 after leaving hospital

Have people lost all compassion for others. Put yourself in these families shoes. Wouldn’t you want someone to make sure your loved one made it back home safe? Going the extra mile doesn’t take much or long but can make difference between life and death.health care has become a business so sad
