Milling, road paving on Fall River streets to cause road closures, parking restrictions

Due to work being done on some Fall River streets, some restrictions will be put into place.

According to the Department of Community Utilities, please be aware of road closures on New Boston Road and sections of No. Eastern Ave. starting on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 through Friday, July 19, 2019 from 5:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

These closures are for the asphalt milling process. Starting on Monday July 22, 2019 through July 24, 2019, paving operations will begin and road closures will be in effect.

Parking will also be prohibited on both sides of Middle Street between Broadway and South Main Street from 5:00 AM – 7:00 PM, July 23 – July 24, 2019 and along both sides Park Drive on July 25, 2019 due to the asphalt milling of Middle Street and Park Drive.
