Mayor Correia heading to court for bail review hearing
Mayor Jasiel Correia II is surprisingly head back to court Friday morning.
Correia will be headed to a bail review hearing in Boston at 9:45 a.m. at courtroom 23 in the Moakley Courthouse.
Mayor Correia has been charged in a superseding indictment with bribery; extortion conspiracy; extortion and aiding and abetting.
Mayor Correia is running for re-election and faces off against Paul Coogan and Erica Scott-Pacheco in a September 17 preliminary election.
