Massachusetts State Police arrest 31 suspects wanted for serious crimes in 7 day period

Massachusetts State Police have issued an update concerning the arrest of over two dozen wanted suspects.

For the week of Sept. 29-Oct. 5, 2023, the Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section arrested 31 suspects who were wanted for various serious crimes, many of whom were actively trying to avoid capture.

According to Massachusetts State Police, the fugitives arrested were wanted on warrants for the following offenses: Armed Assault with Intent to Murder; Aggravated Home Invasion; Kidnapping; Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon; Aggravated Assault and Battery; Assault and Battery on a Child; Assault and Battery on a Person Age 60 or Over; Indecent Assault and Battery on a Person Under 14; Armed Robbery While Masked; Human Trafficking; Narcotics Trafficking; Stalking; Making a Bomb Threat; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm; and Failure to Register as a Sex Offender.

MSP VFAS Troopers also executed two search warrants in furtherance of ongoing investigations and seized an unlawfully possessed Glock 9mm pistol.
