Massachusetts State Police Add Accused Child Rapist to Most Wanted List
The Massachusetts State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section today added ZION PIERRE VAZQUEZ, 31, an accused child rapist from Leominster, to the Department’s Most Wanted list.
VAZQUEZ is suspected to have committed multiple sexual assaults against a child who was under ten years old over an extended period of time. In 2013, following an investigation by Leominster Police, an arrest warrant charging VAZQUEZ with rape of a child was issued in Worcester Superior Court.
Upon learning of the investigation, VAZQUEZ fled the area and has been at large since. The State Police Violent Fugitive Apprehension Section (MSP VFAS) has been working with Leominster Police to locate VAZQUEZ to bring him to justice.
VAZQUEZ is Hispanic, approximately 5’8” tall and 170 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He has multiple tattoos on both forearms, upper arms, and shoulders and a mole at the corner of his lip.
VAZQUEZ in the past has utilized multiple aliases , which have included several different dates of birth. He has an extensive criminal record in Massachusetts and also has previous arrests in Illinois. Besides the child rape warrant, VAZQUEZ is the subject of additional outstanding warrants in Massachusetts charging him with failure to provide a DNA sample as required by law and motor vehicle violations.
