Massachusetts man sentenced after voting in two different states in one election

Attorney General John M. Formella announces that a man has been sentenced after voting twice in the same election with both votes taking place in two different states.

79-year-old Edward Amirault, of Sanbornton, New Hampshire, and Weymouth, Massachusetts, pled guilty to Voting in More than One State Prohibited – a Class B Felony – in Belknap County Superior Court on Wednesday, April 6, 2022.

Amirault knowingly cast a New Hampshire absentee ballot in Sanbornton in the November 6, 2018, general election, and also cast a ballot in Weymouth, Massachusetts in the same election.

Amirault was sentenced to 180 days at the House of Corrections, all suspended for two years on the condition of his good behavior. The Court also ordered Amirault to pay a $4,000 fine with a penalty assessment of $960, and 100 hours of community service.

As consequence of Amirault’s election law conviction and pursuant to Part I, Article 11 of the New Hampshire Constitution, his right to vote in New Hampshire is terminated.

This case was prosecuted by Deputy General Counsel Myles Matteson of the Election Law Unit and Investigator Anna Croteau.

Ballot drop boxes funded by Mark Zuckerberg and his Chinese Communist Party Wife Priscilla Chan placed around key battleground states saw mules dumping fraudulent votes numbering in the millions. Ken Masson has spoken and said there was no fraud in the 2020 election, so it must be so. He has spoken on zero evidence probably because he is the political zealot I have declared him too be.
