Massachusetts man is going places, literally, after using strategy to win $1 million State Lottery prize
A Massachusetts man’s approach to buying State Lottery scratch tickets turned out to be lucrative recently.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Wemerson De Jesus of Waltham is the first $1 million prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s new “Bonus 100X” instant ticket game.
De Jesus chose the cash option on his prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans to use some of his winnings on travel.
De Jesus told the Lottery that his strategy is to play new tickets.
The winning ticket was purchased at Highlander Farms, 69 Waltham St. in West Newton. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket

Why is it that you guys mention the game but never the price of the winning ticket. Remember that there are tickets from 1.00 and up, so please, state the amount he paid for his winning ticket, do not leave me in the dark. Makes sense???
