Massachusetts man has plans for his mom after hitting on State Lottery $1 million prize
A Massachusetts man’s mom was on his mind when deciding how to spend the big money he recently won on a scratch ticket.
According to the Massachusetts State Lottery, Sean Salvati of Peabody is the winner of a $1 million prize in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “100X Cash” instant ticket game.
Salvati opted to receive his prize in the form of a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). He said he plans to use some of his winnings to buy his mother a car.
He purchased his winning ticket at Gulf Express, 160 Andover St. in Danvers. The store receives a $10,000 bonus for its sale of this ticket.
