A Massachusetts Amazon employee has died after reportedly shooting himself in the parking lot.

According to The Daily Beast, a 23-year-old employee at the Norwood warehouse left work early this month on the night shift only to return to the parking lot. According to video surveillance, upon the Brockton resident’s return to the lot, he shot himself in the chest.

The man died the next day from his injuries after first being transported to a Brockton hospital and then sent to a medical center in Boston.

According to the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office, the case will not be officially closed until the results of the autopsy are completed, but foul play is not suspected.

The man had been an employee at the warehouse for 6 weeks.

An Amazon driver at the facility told The Daily Beast that employees learned of the death through a co-worker and that the job can be stressful and thankless.

My friend did exactly that -Why?- out of consideration for the family member who has to identify the body- when you Blow your head off,it is quite a Horrific sight believe me! when you shoot yourself in the heart, when your body is covered with a sheet, your head and face will still appear relatively normal.
