
A Fall River man has been ruled dangerous, but the judge did not have him held without bail.
According to South Coast Today, Jason LaPrade, 43, of 91 Chavenson Street had his bail set at $2,500 cash by Judge Edward Lynch despite Lynch deeming LaPrade was dangerous.
LaPrade was charged with assault and battery on a family/household member, vandalizing property, and threatening to commit a crime, and kidnapping after he cornered a victim in a room at the Dartmouth Motor Inn and threatened to kill her.
According to South Coast Today, LaPrade had yet to post the bail as of 4:00 p.m.

So basically the piece of paper she has as an NCO will save her when he gets drunk and angry this weekend and goes after her again??
