Man hit and killed on Route 24 Friday
A man who was hit on Route 24 Friday has succumbed to his injuries.
A call came in just before 6:00 p.m. concerning a jumper on Route 24 North at the Pleasant Street overpass. It was later determined that the man did not jump and had gone into traffic. The man was transported by ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital.
According to The Enterprise, the man, who appeared to be in his 50’s, died from his injuries.
