Man facing drug distribution charges after Massachusetts State Police respond to highway rollover crash
A Massachusetts man is facing several charges after a highway rollover crash
According to Massachusetts State Police, on the early afternoon hours of Thursday August 8, Troopers responded to reports of a rollover crash on Route 495 southbound in Middleboro.
Upon their arrival they made contact with members of the Middleboro Fire Department and learned the vehicle rolled over during that crash. Additionally, Troopers were informed an occupant of the vehicle may have been ejected during the crash into the woods.
Once securing the scene, Troopers quickly interviewed the two occupants of the vehicle. They learned neither of them were ejected and no injuries were sustained. Troopers then began to ascertain the order of events just prior to the crash to determine its cause. Inconsistencies in the stories of the two occupants, combined with the reports of a person in the woods, and the discovery of a large amount of US currency banded in smaller denominations, led Troopers to request a K-9 to respond for a search of any potential narcotics evidence.
After a State Police K-9 arrived on scene and began a search of the area, the K-9 began to pull toward the direction of the woods, eventually locating a plastic bag with small bundles of a substance suspected to be Fentanyl and Crack Cocaine. The operator of the vehicle, identified as 25-year-old Djosue DosSantos of Boston, was placed under arrest and transported to the Middleboro Barracks for booking. A 17-year-old juvenile passenger was released to the custody of their parents and will be summonsed to court for criminal charges at a later date. In total, approximately 38 grams of Fentanyl and 14 grams of Crack Cocaine were seized. Additionally, it was discovered that DosSantos’ right to operate a motor vehicle in Massachusetts was revoked.
DosSantos appeared at Wareham District Court where he was arraigned on the charges of Trafficking in Fentanyl, Possession of Cocaine with Intent to Distribute, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Law, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License.

I am not aware that has happened, but if it has, it may have something to do with the 100+ or so comments we wake up to and the several hundred more throughout the course of the day. 99.9 percent of which are spam and/or people trying to con and have to be read, gone through, and deleted. Its time consuming to go through them all. We already work morning to night 7 days a week. All of the articles are posted on our Facebook page for comment. If that is an issue, thanks for following and good luck.
