Man charged in stabbing of two Fall River men, found dangerous, held in Bristol County House of Correction

A man charged with stabbing two Fall River men over a cell phone dispute, has been deemed as dangerous and is being held after today’s dangerousness hearing.

According to South Coast Today, Sadaryl Parham was deemed dangerous and is being held for up to 120 days in the Bristol County House of Correction.

Sadaryl Parham pleaded not guilty at his arraignment earlier this month.

The two victims in the stabbing are Ray Morgan, 44, and Shane Myers, 26, who are both from Fall River.

On Thursday, March 14, 2019 at approximately 7:13 p.m., Dartmouth Police responded to #450 State Road (Dunkin Donuts/AT&T Plaza) regarding a stabbing.

According to Detective Kyle J. Costa, upon arrival, officers located two males with stab wounds.

Upon attempting to stop a Mercedes operated by Parham, it accelerated at a high rate of speed. While attempting to negotiate a turn onto Deerfield Road, Parham lost control of the vehicle and crashed. He then fled from the vehicle.

During a search of the area, Parham was located in a swampy area in close proximity to the crash.

After being placed under arrest, Parham was transported to St. Luke’s Hospital to receive treatment for a cut to his hand.

Parham was subsequently charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault to murder, operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license, failure to stop for police, negligent operation, marked lanes violation, and speeding.
