Man arrested for slapping Newport Beach Club worker on her buttocks
On 09/03/2018 at approximately 4:30 p.m., a 21 year old female, stated that she was assaulted while working at the Newport Beach Club on Saturday, 09-01-2018.
According to the victim, she was working at the Newport Beach Club, in Portsmouth when Patrick Alan Tinsman, 47, slapped her on the buttocks and ran off. After an investigation it was determined that during the night Tinsman attempted to coerce female employees to consume alcohol during their shift and was observed to be highly intoxicated.
On 10-03-2018 a warrant was issued, Tinsman turned himself into 2nd District Court in Newport Tuesday. Tinsman was later processed at Portsmouth HQ on the assault charge and released.
