Just because school is out doesn’t mean Fall River School Resource Officers aren’t busy
Life has been turned upside down for all of us since the COVID-19 pandemic began, and it has been no different for Fall River’s School Resource Officers.
Last week, Fall River SRO Brandon Pacheco was caught helping carry take home meals from Fonseca School.
With schools being closed due to COVID-19 concerns, SROs have been out there checking on students and providing support to Fall River Public Schools, according to the Fall River Police Department.
The above picture is proof of that.
In a related story, Tuesday was the last day of Grab and Go food at Diman. The school stated that they are partnering with Fall River Public Schools and their Grab and Go meal locations.
Here is the updated details and locations for the Grab and Go food program.
