Job Summary:
Catholic Memorial Home, a 272 skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Coordinator for our Dementia care unit. Experience necessary for working with an Alzheimer’s population. Organizational skills and management skills a must. Responsible for the supervision of activity assistants and program development. ADC required and CDP certification preferred.
