Fire union: Early morning fully involved car fire shuts down Interstate 495
A car fire this morning resulted in the shutdown of a Massachusetts highway.
At 6:00 a.m. on Saturday, Middleborough firefighters were operating on Interstate 495 Northbound mi marker 16.6 with a fully involved vehicle fire.
The road had to be shut down at the time.
All occupants exited the vehicle safely.
