Father Travassos splash pad opens sooner then expected to cool off Fall River residents
Fall River residents will get an early treat.
The splash pad at Father Travassos Park is now open sooner then expected.
According to the Parks Department,, the water is currently turned on due to the warmer temperatures.
Don’t expect it to be open this early next year however, as repairs were being made and since it was expected to be so warm, it was decided to be opened early to help out city residents.
The splash pad is located on Alden Street behind Espirito Santo School.
If you are unfamiliar with the splash pad, the button below turns the water on.
