UPDATE: He has been found safe. The family is appreciative of the public’s help.

 

A Tiverton man has been reported missing.

Joseph Resendes has not been seen or heard from him since Saturday.

According to his girlfriend, his phone is off and his voicemail is full.

He is driving a blue 2006 Dodge Caravan with a Rhode Island license plate.

He is 50 years old, short, stocky build, with brown eyes, black/white hair, and a beard. He weighs about 200 lbs and is dark skinned.

He is Portuguese with an accent. He may be struggling with medical problems. He also has trouble walking because of back pain.
