Family concerned as Fall River man with health issues goes missing
Family of a missing Fall River man that has a health issue has become concerned and are looking for the public’s help.
47-year-old Shannon Barlow has not been seen or heard from since Saturday evening.
According to family, Barlow has heart issues.
He was reportedly last seen at a funeral.
