Family concerned as Bristol County teen missing, last seen leaving hospital

A Bristol County teen has gone missing, and his family is concerned.
16-year-old Tristan Marquis was last seen leaving Sturdy Hospital in Attleboro around 2:00 p.m. on March 18th.
Tristan was on foot wearing blue scrubs.
He is 5’4″ tall and weighs approximately 120 pounds.
Tristan has blue eyes and curly light brown hair.
If located, do not approach as he is at risk to flee. Instead call Attleboro Police at 508-222-1212.
