Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Sunshine!

Sunshine is an eight-month-old lab mix that weighs about 40lbs. He’s your typical bouncy, goofy puppy that would do best with an active family that can keep up with his boundless, limitless puppy energy. He does well with other dogs so long as they can either match his energy or tolerate it! Cats MIGHT be okay if he’s given the proper time to adjust/figure out what exactly cats are because right now he doesn’t seem to understand their warnings as warnings. Forever Paws is asking for kids 10+ just because he’s a little mouthy (playfully!) and slappy.

He needs some help with his leash manners because he’s a little pull-y and thinks the leash is a toy. He’s wiggly, social, and playful and he’s definitely a dog that has no qualms about meeting strangers. He does like to jump on people (because puppy manners).

Please remember that Sunshine is a puppy. He is high energy. He is goofy. He will chew things and get into mischief. He will require work and training to grow into the best dog that he can be!
