Fall River’s Heidi is a cuddlebug that loves cheek rubs and wants a forever home

Meet Fall River Forever Paws Pet of the Week Heidi!

Heidi is a nearly seven-year-old lab mix and everyone at Forever Paws is in love with her…and they mean it. She’s about 40lbs of snuggles and love and adopting her would be adopting a real, actual cuddlebug.

Heidi recently had cataract surgery and, ever since, she’s been acting like a brand-new dog! The whole world is exciting and new and she’s acting like a puppy all over again! She is blind in her left eye and will require lifelong medication, but it doesn’t bother her one bit! She loves her walks and time in the sunshine and FP is pretty confident that she would be okay with other dogs, dog-friendly cats, and kids 10+ that have been around dogs before.

She’s a gentle soul that weighs about 40lbs, so she’s a medium sized gal. She’s the sweetest sweetheart and an absolute love. She just wants attention and affection at all times and her favorites are cheek rubs and butt scratches.
