Fall River Young Marines hosting Toys For Kids Drive

The Fall River Young Marines are participating in the Unit’s Toys for Kids Drive, coordinated and led by Young Marine Corporal Jayden Travers, with the assistance of other Young Marines in the unit.

The Fall River Young Marines are getting into the Christmas spirit by participating in the Unit’s Toys for Kids Drive.

The drive is coordinated and led by Young Marine Corporal Jayden Travers, with the assistance of other Young Marines in the unit.

They are looking for donations of new, unwrapped, toys for girls and boys of all ages. These toys will be distributed to less fortunate youth within Bristol County. There are several ways you can donate:

 

1. Go to the following link by December 5th and purchase a toy. The toy will then automatically be shipped to them. https://yougivegoods.com/fallriveryoungmarines

2. Go to Toys R Us located at 86 Swansea Mall Dr, Swansea, MA 02777 on the following dates & during the following times, purchase a toy, and drop it off with the Young Marines at the exit. You can also drop toys off at this location during same dates/times.

Saturday, December 2nd (9am – 5pm)
Saturday, December 9th (9am – 5pm)
Sunday, December 3rd (9am – 3pm)
Sunday, December 10th (9am – 3pm)

3. Purchased toys can also be dropped off at the following locations by December 10th:

-Battleship Cove located at 5 Water St, Fall River,  between 3:30 PM – 4:00 PM ON SUNDAYS ONLY. Hand to Young Marine Staff ONLY. Do not give to Battleship Cove Staff.

-Venus di Milo Restaurant located at 75 Grand Army of the Republic Hwy, Swansea. There is a box in their lobby clearly labeled.

4. You can also email T4K@frym.org to request special Arrangements if needed.

 

The program is a 501c(3) federal tax exempt organization. All donations are qualified for a tax exemption. The unit TAX ID # is 38-2346424.
