ATTLEBORO — A Fall River woman is facing multiple charges after a highway crash that injured multiple people.
According to The Sun Chronicle, 37-year-old Damaris E. Perez-Alcina was charged with driving while intoxicated, leaving the scene of an accident, and unlawful possession of a stun gun.
Perez-Alcina allegedly crashed into the rear of a vehicle on I-95 South in Mansfield early Wednesday morning which pushed the vehicle into the median as she continued driving before being located at the North Attleboro rest area.
Two people were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.

This is exactly what is wrong with this state. Judges keep allowing people to walk. She’s been arrested previous for drunk driving, prosecution requests no bail, Judge moron Michele Armour says no screw you and sets bail at a mere $300 for DUI ( second offense ) leaving the scene of an accident causing injury and procession of an illegal stun gun. It’s astounding! She was set free in 2021 for DUI and does it again and gets off with a slap on the wrist.
