Fall River woman announced as new Branch Manager for BankFive
(Fall River, MA) – BankFive, a mutual bank with 17 locations in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, today announced the addition of Jessica Escalera as a Branch Manager for the bank’s Globe location on South Main Street in Fall River.
According to BankFive, Escalera has more than fifteen years of experience in the banking industry as a manager and has a strong background in customer service, relationship management, and branch leadership.
Escalera most recently served as a Branch Manager for Citizens Bank, where she oversaw branch operations and led a team of 17 ITM tellers, focusing on customer experience, team development, and operational excellence. Before that, she worked as a Relationship Manager at Bank of America, working closely with clients to support their financial goals.

Outside of her work at BankFive, Escalera is committed to the community, assisting the homeless locally and internationally. She helps families in Honduras with monthly donations to cover essential needs and in Nicaragua, funding the creation of small homes since 2019.
