UPDATE: She has been found.
A Fall River teen has gone missing since this afternoon.
Ammarissa Jeffers was last seen at Durfee just before 2:45 p.m.
She is 15 years old.
She was last seen wearing blue jeans, black shirt, black sneakers, and a gray sweater.
