Fall River teacher appears in court accused of inappropriately touching student
A Durfee High School teacher is facing a disturbing charge.
Paul Coury is accused of inappropriately touching a student.
According to Gregg Miliote of the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, Coury was arraigned Wednesday on a single charge of indecent assault and battery on a person over the age of 14.
Coury pled not guilty to the charge.
He faces a pretrial hearing in August.
