Fall River sees nearly 340 COVID-19 cases in two days, over 6,000 overall, as death total increases
Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Thursday.
According to the Mayor’s Office, 6,003 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 154 case increase since Wednesday.
The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.
Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 increased to 187. The City has been notified of 1 fatality today, 2 yesterday, 3 Tuesday, and 9 fatalities over the weekend.
Friday revealed 87 new cases. 255 cases were announced for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. 64 cases were reported on Tuesday. Wednesday saw a record 185 COVID-19 cases.
