Fall River sees 12 COVID-19 deaths since Friday as cases pass 5,600

Fall River saw more cases of COVID-19 on Tuesday.

According to the Mayor’s Office, 5,664 total cases of COVID-19 have been identified in Fall River, a 64 case increase since Monday.

The Fall River Health Department is in contact with the individuals who have tested positive as well as their contacts.

Deaths in Fall River contributed to COVID-19 increased to 184. The City has been notified of 3 fatalities today and 9 fatalities over the weekend.

131 cases were reported on Wednesday. On Thursday, 171 cases of COVID-19 were announced. Friday revealed 87 new cases. 255 cases were announced for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday.
