Fall River resident ‘Makes’ her ‘Month’ with $1 million prize
A Fall River resident made more than her month by winning a $1 million prize recently.
According to Massachusetts State Lottery, Christine Harvey of Fall River is the third $1 million prize winner in the Massachusetts State Lottery’s “Make My Month” instant game.
Harvey chose the cash option on her prize and received a one-time payment of $650,000 (before taxes). She purchased her winning ticket at HB Gas & Convenience, 178 Robeson St. in Fall River. The store will receive a $10,000 bonus for its sale of the ticket.
Three $1 million prizes are still available in the “Make My Month” $5 instant game.
