Fall River POW-MIA Remembrance Day Ceremony announced
FALL RIVER, MA – The 2023 Fall River POW-MIA Remembrance Day Ceremony to honor our prisoners of war and missing in action will be held Friday, September 15th, at 10:00 a.m. at Veterans Memorial Bicentennial Park, 1 Brownell Street.
Sponsored by the City of Fall River’s Executive Office of Veterans Services in conjunction with the Fall River War Veteran’s Council and Secretary of Veteran’s Affairs Jon Santiago, the ceremony will take place at The Vietnam Veteran’s Memorial Wall.
Lunch will follow the ceremony in the Atrium wing of Government Center, 1 Government Center, Fall River.
This event is held rain or shine and is open to the public.
