Fall River police officer placed on leave, arrested for allegedly possessing inappropriate photographs of juvenile girlfriend
This morning, 38-year-old Michael Morin, an officer with the Fall River Police Department, was arrested by members of the department’s, Major Crimes Division.
According to Detective Sergeant Moses Pereira, Officer Morin was placed on paid administrative leave since Friday, May 29, when the department discovered that he was not only engaged in an inappropriate relationship with a 17-year-old juvenile, but he had received, and was in possession of inappropriate photographs in violation of the law.
FRPD issued the following statement.
“Police Officers, especially those who work for the Fall River Police Department must be held to a higher standard in both their personal and professional lives. We do not accept any behavior that does not reflect the morals and values of the Fall River Police Department, or which violates the trust and respect that our officers work hard every day to earn.”
Chief Paul Gauvin intends to assess Officer Morin’s employment status with the department upon the conclusion of an administrative investigation.

Paid administrative leave? If found guilty does he have to repay this money? What a clown.

He will get a pass just like Pessoa the clown, Nick Hoar, Brian Custodio, etc. did. Unless there is a real investigation by Federal authorities nothing will happen.
