A Fall River police officer, who was arrested on domestic violence charges late last year, has had 4 new felony charges added.

According to Captain Barden Castro, on Sunday, November 28, 2021, Fall River Police supervisors responded to a domestic dispute involving a Fall River police officer.

“An investigation was conducted by patrol sergeants which resulted in the arrest on several counts of domestic related offenses. The officer was brought to the police station where they were booked, afforded a phone call, and detained for 6 hours in accordance with Massachusetts General Law.”

A statement stated that “Police Department Command Staff were notified and supervisors assigned to the Office of Professional Standards are involved. Additionally, a supervisor assigned to the Major Crimes Division will be working with the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office on any follow-up investigation which may be needed. The employee has been relieved of duty and has been placed on leave.”

The statement continued further.

“The Fall River Police Department understands the complex issues in play with domestic incidents, and the importance of a comprehensive investigation. While it is particularly concerning that an officer is being charged with a crime, it is important to note that a thorough and impartial investigation is being conducted into this matter.

“In order to protect the privacy of the victim and in accordance with Massachusetts General Law no further information will be released by the department at this time.”

According to the Fall River District Court, Bryan Custadio appeared in court on assault and battery charges on November 29th and was released.

Custadio appeared in court on Tuesday for his arraignment where 4 new felony charges were added. According to the Bristol County District Attorney’s Office, the charges included Strangulation, Withholding Evidence from a Criminal Proceeding, and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon.

If Det. Nick Custadio of Major Crimes division is his brother or a relative..that’s the Detective who had my phone when I made my report against my former landlord. I never had been evicted before, this landlord asked me for “a sexual favor” numerous times in exchange for rent. Never did nor would. Sheriff John Pacheco, Or is it Officer John Pacheco, Or is it Mass State Trooper John Pacheco, or Constable John Pacheco?? I don’t know who he goes by these days but I called Disability Act Of Abuse and was assigned to that Det. Supposedly went to D/A office. 2019 his then gf Amber Valentin assaulted me on Facebook live. My grandfather was buried that morning too. WW2 Veteran, she got arrested, I ended up that Oct getting served a notice to quit. Every tenant from then ON made it Miserable..his gf was beating the crap out of me, as I’m medically disabled as well. 10+ years with Lyme Disease..other tenants made False police reports that I beat her up. Which at 42 years old and not like her Shady self and other tenants don’t demean people with actual disabilities. Said I was suicidal.I was taken illegally from my service dog, my apt was literally a free for all for other tenants..I mean all those things ARE CRIMES. Yet I’m still homeless and they we’re not ever charged?? Yeah me gains Shady cops know Shady John Pacheco it’s funny because he used to tell me I was “Easy To Manipulate” Ed Avilla was the Constable who served me and had no idea John was any Law Enforcement..weird.
