UPDATE: Fall River Police were in contact with Kelly Wednesday night and is safe.
Fall River Police and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are looking for missing city teen.
Kelly Velasquez was last seen on Mar 12, 2019.
Kelly is 16 years old.
She has brown hair and eyes.
Kelly is 5’5″ tall and weighs approximately 160 lbs.
