Fall River Police investigating weekend shooting
Fall River Police are looking into a city shooting that took place over the weekend.
According to Lt. Gregory Wiley, Officers with the Fall River Police Department responded to the area of Pleasant Street and Rocliffe Street at approximately 12:20 a.m. Saturday morning for a report of shots fired.
Multiple calls were received by dispatch and 5-6 shots were reportedly heard in the area.
Wiley stated that there were no reported injuries or property damage in the shooting.
The incident is still an open investigation and anyone with information regarding the shooting is asked to call Detective Moses Pereira at (508)324-2796.
